''The logic on how to resolve the predictable, always worries me''

Ömer has the virtue of knowing the sector of international logistics as few do. Ömer started from scratch working in the warehouse of TNT in London at night shifts. After amny years of hard work he reached to managerial positions in various logistics companies such as TNT, DHL, HAVI logistics, DSVDB Schenker, and in its various international locations.

When meeting with the managers of a company for the first time, the first thing Ömer does is not to visit the offices, instear Ömer always visits first the warehouse and/or the logistics area. With a glancehe quickly gets the hint of how the rest of the company might be.

Because of his long residence in the United Kingdom, Ömer has two nationalities, Turkish and English. Besides, he feels confortable "doing business" in cultures of countries like England, Turkey, Germany, UAE, Iraq, Bulgaria, Israel, Georgia and Azerbaijan and Poland.

In supply chain management activities Ömer exercises operational work with a bottom-up perspective, while Sergio complements him with a top-down perspective.

Ömer graduated with honors in business management and holds a MBA, both from the University of Glamorgan in Wales, England.
